Booking & appointments

Appointments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

Cancellation & rescheduling policy

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 72 hours prior to the appointment. Cancellations made within this window, and no-shows, may be charged the full amount of the service. This charge is non-refundable.

City Spa London provides semi-permanent makeup services as described on the website and discussed during the client consultation. The scope of each service will be agreed upon prior to treatment commencing.

Client consent & medical considerations

Results & touch-ups

Results may vary depending on skin type, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare instructions. Touch-up sessions are recommended 4 to 6 weeks after the initial appointment to refine and complete the result. This touch-up is included as part of the initial treatment package.

Liability

City Spa London takes every precaution to ensure the safety and comfort of its clients. However, the Artist is not liable for any unforeseen results or complications that may arise following treatment, particularly where aftercare instructions have not been followed or relevant medical information was not disclosed prior to the appointment.
